Position of the objects in different screen to device

Hi Everyone

I am developer application to android, my problem is the folowing:

I am developing an application for android in a device LG 3, this device have 3 inches on screen approximately, but when run application in a device different as example the TABLET SAMSUNG for having 7 inches , the objects position is not the same, is namely not be adjusts the new screen

some suggestion, thank you everyone
